Include the side shape, curves and any tapered edges. Measure width, depth and thickness without compressing the old filling, and flag dimensions that are only approximate.
Seat, back and occasional-use cushions have different demands. Explain the current problem and whether the pieces are kept indoors or outside.
We can discuss supplied pattern material or collecting the existing cushions. Label each part, retain covers and confirm packing before dispatch.

The accepted scope, material references, pattern or measurement route, price and timing are agreed for your project. Do not dispatch pieces until packing and transport arrangements have been confirmed.
Same-day UK courier collection is available by confirmed booking, subject to the pieces, packing, route and availability. It is a collection service, not a promise of same-day repair or manufacture. Larger furniture needs its own transport assessment.
