OCEAN BREEZE / BESPOKE YACHT UPHOLSTERY
Your commission. Personally, with Josh.
Founded in 2013. Traditional upholstery craft, marine materials and a personal approach to every commission.
BESPOKE YACHT UPHOLSTERY
THE FEEL / THE FIT / THE FINISH
Bespoke marine upholstery, considered from the first conversation to the final fitting.
Compare fabric, foam, piping and thread together. Confirm the pattern and fixing details before the finished pieces are made.
Explore fabric, piping & thread ↗PERSONALLY WITH JOSH / BEFORE THE FIRST CUT
Bring your ideas, photographs and the details that matter to you. We work through the feel, fit and finish together, then agree what happens next.

Shortlist fabric, colour and piping in the studio. Compare physical samples against your deck, joinery or garden furniture before settling on a choice. Availability and any sample charges are confirmed first.
Tell us where the cushion feels tired, too soft or too shallow. We discuss retaining or replacing the filling, the finished profile, underside and how each piece is used.
Existing cushions, supplied pattern material or an agreed visit: Josh confirms the right route before collection. Measurements, physical checks and scanning are chosen for the piece, with access and fixing points considered.
Confirm the pieces, fabric references, foam, piping and fixing details alongside the price, responsibilities and timing. Agree the specification and approval steps before manufacture; a studio image is a starting point, not a cutting pattern.
Onboard visits, travel and consultation costs are agreed individually. No booking is made by sending an enquiry.
A DIRECT CONVERSATION
Crafting upholstery since 2013.
Ocean Breeze began with marine work on the South Coast, including cockpit sets, RIB seating and canvas. Today, that hands-on approach brings together precise patterning, tailored foam and carefully finished seams.
That is the approach behind Ocean Breeze: considering the whole piece, rather than the cover alone. Discuss the seating you use most, what could feel better and the finish you want to live with.
Josh brings fabric swatches and material samples aboard, with 3D scanning and physical checks to help develop the brief. Visits are planned around your marina, access and agreed scope.
