- Material. Confirm the precise collection and feel using physical samples.

01 / YOUR PROJECT
A national brief. An individual plan.
Share your vessel’s location, photographs and the seating you want to renew. UK projects can be planned around suitable removable pieces, agreed patterns or a physical assessment. Visits, collection, travel and fitting are arranged for the commission; this page does not imply a workshop in every town.
Tell Josh whether you are an owner, captain or designer, who can provide access and whether the vessel will move during manufacture. Agree the survey and return destination before a cushion or pattern is dispatched.
02 / YOUR PROJECT
From cockpit to cabin.
Cockpit cushions, helm seating, RIB upholstery, saloon cushions and shaped yacht mattresses each need a different specification. Identify the pieces, support underneath and fastening system before choosing fabrics or a new palette.
Spradling, Sunbrella and Agora are available to discuss. Confirm the exact collection, suitability, colour and care with physical samples. The studio is a useful visual starting point; screen colours and AI scenes are not a final specification.
03 / YOUR PROJECT
Patterns and collection, clearly agreed.
For suitable work, supplied pattern material can help record the actual shape. Agree the method with Josh first, mark orientation and label every piece. An old cover that has stretched is not automatically an accurate pattern.
Collection and return arrangements are agreed around packing, quantity, size and destination. Allow for assessment and approvals before manufacture. Do not assume a fixed courier timetable or fitting date until the project plan is confirmed.

Share your location and scope. Josh will discuss a workable assessment, manufacture and return plan for the actual pieces; onsite access and travel are agreed individually.
Can I start without removing the seating?
Yes. Begin with clear photographs, the layout, visible fixings and vessel location. Agree removal responsibilities before dismantling anything.
