Keep the same number on each cushion, its photographs and your inventory. The printable pack gives each piece its own record, plus a photo checklist and dispatch checklist.

01 / YOUR PROJECT
Photograph before you measure.
Take one wide layout photograph, then the front, side and underside of each piece. Include zips, press-studs, ties, hinges and any fixed bases. Give each cushion a number and use that number in every photograph and note.
Record which pieces are removable and which are fixed. Do not dismantle seating or remove retained fittings until responsibility and the assessment method are agreed.
02 / YOUR PROJECT
Record the shape, not just a rectangle.
Use millimetres consistently. Note overall length, width and thickness, plus curves, clipped corners, taper, left/right pairs and any changes in depth. Approximate dimensions help scope an enquiry; they are not approved cutting instructions.
Mark top, front, port/starboard or left/right on the agreed pattern material. Discuss how to capture corners and joins before drawing a pattern. Keep measurements and pattern orientation consistent.
03 / YOUR PROJECT
Approve the method before sending anything.
Josh can discuss supplied pattern material for suitable projects. Confirm whether the complete cushion, cover, pattern or onsite assessment is needed. Number the packing inventory and retain a copy of your photographs.
Include berth location, access dates, desired fabric direction and any issues with the current comfort. Your downloaded inventory is a starting brief, not a quotation or manufacture approval.

No. They help scope the discussion. The final pattern, tolerances, construction and assessment method must be agreed with Josh.
Can you supply pattern material?
Supplied pattern material can be discussed for suitable pieces. Agree the capture method and the required markings before making or posting a pattern.
