02Work around the final base dimensions+
If lockers, seat boards or back supports are being altered during the lay-up, photograph them and share the work sequence. The pattern should reflect the completed structure, with lids and access points still able to operate.
03Separate cushion return from launch day+
Agree where the set will be received if the boat has moved from hardstanding to a berth. Include who checks the pieces in place and whether installation is part of the commission; delivery and fitting are separate arrangements.
