WHAT HELPS US ASSESS YOUR ENQUIRY
Photograph the whole piece and the joint or rail that moves. Tell us whether it rocks, creaks or has a visible break. Do not remove upholstery just to expose a joint before discussing access.
Include accessible underside views, previous repairs and any detached pieces. Timber, fixings, springs and the surrounding upholstery may all affect the repair route.
Josh will confirm whether an inspection is needed, what can be retained and how collection could be arranged. A photograph alone cannot establish the strength of a repaired frame.
BEFORE YOU MAKE ARRANGEMENTS
Photographs are a useful first assessment. Hidden damage, old adhesive and previous repairs may only become clear on inspection; the repair method and price need to be agreed before work begins.
Send photographs, your actual location and the changes you want. Josh will confirm whether the project can be accepted, what needs inspection and how collection or a visit could be arranged. No local branch, marina partnership or permanent representative is implied.
The accepted scope, material references, pattern or measurement route, price and timing are agreed for your project. Do not dispatch pieces until packing and transport arrangements have been confirmed.
Same-day UK courier collection is available by confirmed booking, subject to the pieces, packing, route and availability. It is a collection service, not a promise of same-day repair or manufacture. Larger furniture needs its own transport assessment.
