Can Josh fly over for a sample visit?
An onboard visit can be discussed once the brief, access and dates are clear. Travel arrangements and costs are agreed individually; no particular flight or arrival time is promised.
Can the captain handle the commission?
Yes. Name the person authorised to approve the materials, patterns and costs. Distinguish those decisions from the crew member receiving parcels or providing access.
