01Confirm the marina and receiving contact+
Limassol Marina publishes its address and yacht services in Cyprus. If this is your base, include the berth and authorised recipient. A marina office address alone is not confirmation that a large shipment will be accepted.
02Settle the material schedule first+
Create a list of each seating zone and the exact sample reference being considered. Confirm exposure, comfort and retained finishes so a distant approval does not rely on a single screen photograph.
03Make both transport legs reviewable+
Provide package counts, dimensions and collection and return addresses. Agree packing, route, costs and fitting responsibilities with the project team; no delivery date or cross-border paperwork outcome is assumed.

An onboard visit can be discussed once the scope and access are clear. Dates, availability and travel costs are agreed individually.
Can the initial work be planned entirely remotely?
Initial photographs and sample decisions can be handled remotely. Whether manufacture can proceed without a visit depends on the quality of the fit information and the actual shapes involved.
