01Connect to the refit programme+
Lusben includes Livorno among its refit locations. Give the actual facility and project manager, along with the stages that affect upholstery access. A city or yard name does not establish a supplier relationship.
02Divide the yacht into approved zones+
List the saloon, dining, helm and deck pieces separately. Record the person approving comfort, the person approving colour and the final release to manufacture so conflicting comments do not become competing specifications.
03Agree a controlled handover+
Decide who receives each group of cushions, checks the inventory and stores it until fitting. Photograph the finished arrangement against the agreed piece list, with any outstanding details recorded in the same place.

Can different areas be completed in stages?
A phased programme can be discussed. Confirm priorities and any shared fabric requirements first; later batches cannot be assumed to match the first exactly.
Can Josh work from a designer’s specification?
Yes, subject to checking its exact material references, construction details and fit information. Reference pictures alone do not describe all the layers or access requirements.

EU cushion collections, return transport and onboard visits are agreed for your yacht. Travel, packing, access, costs and fitting responsibilities are confirmed before booking. A consultation or collection is separate from manufacture.
