01Show the complete setting first+
Take a straightforward view of the whole furniture group with the cushions in place. Number the pieces on a simple sketch or in a separate list, and identify duplicates rather than assuming they are identical.
02Add profiles and accessible undersides+
Show cushion depth, tapers, curved backs, zips and attachments. Include furniture support where it is safely visible. A top view alone may hide the details that determine the pattern.
03Explain what the pictures cannot show+
Tell Josh whether the foam feels unsupportive, the cover has become loose or the layout is uncomfortable. Give the location and intended use date, and separate your preferred changes from features you want retained.

Photograph the installed arrangement first. Only remove pieces that can be handled safely, and keep labels so their positions remain clear.
