01Begin with the complete bow+
Photograph the bow with all cushions fitted, then without removable pieces where safe. Identify port, starboard and centre sections. The overall view explains the shape that isolated length and width measurements miss.
02Include the infill arrangement+
If the bow converts into a sunpad, show the infill in use and where it is stored. Tell Josh whether its support board is retained and whether the finished surface needs to meet the surrounding seating.
03Respect access and attachments+
Show locker openings, hinges and cushion fixings. Piping, border depth and new foam should be considered with these clearances, rather than chosen as separate decorative details.

Can you match just one missing bow cushion?
A missing piece needs a reliable pattern and its relationship to the remaining cushions. Exact colour matching to weathered upholstery may not be possible; physical samples help decide whether to replace one piece or coordinate a larger area.
Can the bow cushions be made thicker?
A different profile can be discussed, but it must work with backrests, infill height and locker access. Explain the comfort you want and approve the finished construction before manufacture.
