Show the seat base, table edge and normal sitting position. A change in cushion thickness affects legroom and table height, so discuss those dimensions together rather than copying the old pad depth automatically.
02Trace the storage access+
Photograph lids open and closed in their normal operation. Note whether the cushion lifts with a lid, comes off first or bridges more than one opening; the cover divisions should reflect that routine.
03Include the night-time arrangement+
If the dinette converts, show every piece in the berth position. Identify extra infills, uneven joins and the storage space for cushions not used in daytime seating.

Yes, support can be discussed alongside thickness and sitting height. A firmer insert should still suit the intended use, especially where the same pieces form a berth.
Can I order covers only?
Possibly, if the existing inserts are suitable. Describe compressed areas and poor fit so the cover pattern is not approved around filling that also needs assessment.
