THE FEEL / THE FIT / THE FINISH

A space that feels like yours.

Bespoke marine upholstery, considered from the first conversation to the final fitting.

Compare fabric, foam, piping and thread together. Confirm the pattern and fixing details before the finished pieces are made.

A CLOSER LOOK / PERSONALLY CONSIDERED

From swatch to seating.

Colour is only the beginning. Compare the material in the light of your space, then consider the cushion profile and the finish at its edges.

  • Material. Confirm the precise collection and feel using physical samples.
  • Construction. Agree the pattern, cushion depth and fastening details.
  • Finish. Bring piping, seams and border stitching into one direction.

THE PIECES / THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

A small space. Properly considered.

Show the whole tender before photographing the individual cushions. Note which pieces lift away, where equipment is stowed and which access panels must remain usable. A tidy seam line should follow the shape of the bench and the way the cushion is handled.

For removable pieces, show the underside and existing attachment points. Tell Josh whether the tender is available for a survey or whether the pieces can be supplied as references. Packing, collection and return are agreed after the scope and patterning method are clear.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A clearer starting point.

Can the tender match the main yacht?

A coordinated direction can be discussed. Supply the retained yacht fabric references or samples, and compare the proposed tender materials before approving the finish.

How is the final specification agreed?

Discuss the materials, foam, piping, seam placement, handling and fitting together. Physical sample approvals and the agreed construction come before manufacture. Any change to the pieces or scope is reviewed with Josh.

Let’s consider your seating.

Share photographs, your location and your plans.

THE PRACTICAL DETAIL

Practical handling belongs in the brief.

Photograph tender benches installed and removed where possible, including hinges, storage openings and securing points. Identify any bow or back pads that should be coordinated with the benches. Agree handling and identification before pieces are sent away.

Can a tender bench retain storage access?

Show the lid or opening and how the cushion currently moves. The profile, divisions and fixing arrangement are reviewed around that access.

Can tender upholstery coordinate with the mothership?

Share the yacht’s approved palette and actual material references. Visual continuity can be considered while reviewing the tender’s use and construction separately.
