A marina brief and a yard brief are different.
Marina Port Vell is a superyacht marina in central Barcelona. If your yacht is there, name the actual berth and access contact. If it is in a refit yard, provide the yard location instead, together with the project manager responsible for contractor access. Do not assume the marina and manufacturing or fitting locations are the same.
Josh’s visit is individually arranged around the commission. Define whether the useful first stage is material selection, a seating survey, pattern checks or a review with your designer. The scope determines which samples and measurement methods are appropriate.

A connected material schedule.
For a multi-area yacht refit, organise the brief by cockpit, flybridge, sunpads, helm and saloon rather than sending an unlabelled collection of photographs. Identify what is retained in each area and who approves changes. An agreed schedule can connect piping, thread and accents while keeping each area’s foam and construction appropriate.
If seat bases or joinery are being altered, explain the sequence before final patterns are taken. Drawings, physical measurements and a 3D scan can inform different parts of the assessment; none removes the need to confirm the final geometry and installation responsibilities.

Can my Barcelona refit manager coordinate the upholstery?
Yes. Identify their role, access arrangements and approval authority. Agree how samples, specification changes and fitting are coordinated with the wider programme.
Will you fly directly from Bristol to Barcelona?
The route simulator is illustrative, not an airline timetable. The actual travel route, costs and visit dates are agreed for your commission.
Can removable cushions be patterned remotely?
Where appropriate, Josh can discuss sending pattern material and reviewing marked templates. Complex fixed seating may need a survey, and dispatch and return arrangements are agreed separately.
